Jakub Babicki.

Common plants, often called weeds, which are massively present in the surrounding meadows, clearings, forests, roadsides and around water reservoirs, often have interesting healing properties. During the workshop, we will discuss and show selected common plants and tell you how they can be used in practical herbal medicine. We will learn how to prepare various herbal preparations, e.g. dilute alcohol for tinctures, or make a vegetable ointment. We will also discuss the effects of various herbal mixtures made of Polish herbs.
